Fantastic and quick service! Spoke to Kevin on the phone and he told me to bring in my car for a quick inspection for the service I was looking for. I came in and was tended to immediately by one of the mechanics. Exceptional service like this is rare. Thank you, Euro Car Doctor!

I wasn't sure what was wrong with my mercedes so I took it to euro car doctor and was helped by Kevin Slevin. He performed a great inspection and let me know the cost of each issue. He was very professional and I was very pleased with the work that was performed at the shop. I Highly recommend going there for any kind of car issues. Also was very pleased with the time that they were able to compete work and return car.

We took a Mini Cooper in because the entire right tail light assembly went out. The front desk person was friendly and helpful and even though we contacted them on a weekend he still was willing to take a look at it but needed parts from the dealer for repairs. Once the parts came in he promptly contacted us and we dropped the car off, got a free ride back to the house, and once the repair was done they called us. The estimate was very fair and final cost was lower than actual estimate. They checked to make sure that the error message was gone and the lights worked and they cleaned the car. I have never experienced such a service from an auto repair shop before. Thank you guys. Services: Electrical, General repairs & maintenance

Gave my friend a ride to pick up her car here. These people are the best mechanic shop that I have ever seen. They took really good care of my friend's car. She was very happy with the service.

5 star service from Kevin & David! These guys are the real deal. We took my Dad’s Mini Cooper because the dealer quoted us a crazy amount for a belt and alternator problem. We took a chance on Euro Doctor because of their awesome reviews but I was still skeptical. Right from the start Kevin was easygoing and assured me they would beat the dealers quote by 40%. Upon arrival we were welcomed by both the owner David and Kevin. The other reviewers are correct this shop is super clean! They also offers us refreshments and their waiting room is very clean. They called us and emailed us to let us know what was wrong with the car - not only did they beat the quoted price, but they email you detailed pictures of the overall problems your car has. We found out the alternator wasn’t the issue that it had a belt problem and water pump problem. They even told us the water pump could wait but that it needed to be replaced soon. I highly recommend Euro Doc and will be telling my friends and family to bring their cars here. You’ll get honest, straight forward and quality repairs at less than dealer prices! That being said, I’ve had too many issues with the service advisors misquoting the service that I was getting, and in one case leaving me careless over the weekend because they didn’t leave my car outside the garage to pickup after they closed and after I paid for my service over the phone. This might seem trivial but when it happened more then 70% of the time, going over past service records. I’ve been there before when Russell used to own the shop and I never had those problems so it is kind of problematic. I’m contemplating if I’ll go back or find another European auto shop or just go the dealer route since work and parts at the dealership are guaranteed for life. Services: Engine repair, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance, Check engine light diagnostic

Ernie, With a heavy heart, I am sorry about what happened with you getting you not being able to get your car picked up. We had left you messages during the day and made every attempt to reach you before we closed. We even stayed late on Saturday waiting for you but at a certain point, our staff needs you to communicate back with us. I would love an honor an opportunity in the future to continue to service your car and schedule a way that our after hours pickup works more convenient with your schedule and communication medium. Please note that no dealer will give a lifetime warranty on anything. We aim to pride ourselves on giving a 3 year parts and labor warranty anywhere in the United States which most shops and the dealer only cover at their own shops and it only lasts 12 months.
